Meet the Founder

Matthew Frank

Founder, MF Vegan

I’m a father, a fitness enthusiast, a man of faith, and a self-taught whole-food cook who left a career in corporate IT to build something I believe in.

MF Vegan started in my kitchen in Round Rock, Texas, born out of a personal health concern that became a calling. When my cholesterol hit 198, going plant-based changed my life. But the sauces I loved didn’t exist in a clean version — so I went on a journey to create my own from scratch.

I believe food should nourish your body without boring your taste buds. I’m passionate about fitness, healthy living, and proving that eating clean can also mean eating bold. My ingredient philosophy is simple: if I wouldn’t feed it to my kids, it doesn’t go in the package.

MF Vegan is the result of that conviction — and I’m just getting started.

Our Mission

Born from a passion for whole-food, plant-based eating, MF Vegan was created to prove that vegan and dairy-free doesn’t mean flavor-free.

Every batch is made with care, using clean and simple ingredients you can feel great about. Each of our sauces is crafted with healthy living in mind — no preservatives, no seed oils, no artificial flavors, no compromise.

Our mission is simple: help people eat boldly, live well, and love every bite.

Helping the Homeless

MF Vegan was built to be more than a sauce company.

From the very beginning, I’ve carried a vision to leverage this business as a vehicle to help the homeless. I’ve seen people in my community — good people — who need a hand up, not a handout. As MF Vegan grows, a portion of our proceeds will go directly toward feeding and supporting homeless individuals and families in our community.

This isn’t a marketing tagline. It’s a promise that I will be transparent with. I believe that business should serve people — starting with the people who need it most.
